The Database Maintenance committee is a standing MCFLS committee that meets two times a year, typically in October and April. The start time is typically at 9:00 am.
The composition of this committee is a cataloging or technical services contact from each MCFLS member library. MPL may designate more than one attended.
The meetings are held in the MCFLS office.

To facilitate the regular review of MCFLS database maintenance procedures, to encourage peer interaction and an exchange of information between libraries, to provide an in-service training venu, and at the request of the LDAC, to consider relevant issues and make recommendations.
Staff may use firstname.lastname@example.org to send a message to MCFLS library staff working in technical services and serving on the Database Maintenance committee. The committee will work to review the members of this email distribution list twice yearly.
